For the past few years Mom and Dad have been just that to me... My Mom and Dad... That's what I've hollered at them and they would respond.
Well, they've been keeping a secret from me... They actually answer to different names when everyone else talks... I thought I'd give it a try...
So tonight I said 'Goodnight Phil'.... And waited for the reaction... All mom and dad did was laugh, was it something I said? I don't recall them laughing when other people say it... I will have to work on that one!
And so it begins. Be careful what you call each other. Asher Roosma has at more than one point referred to one of his beloved parents as "Babe". Ha!
