P is for...well, pee :)

I DID IT!! Yes it is true....I peed on my potty this evening!

Mom has been trying to get me to all week, so I figured I'd give in and give it a try.

It wasn't much, but mom sure was happy about it.

And when I say peed on , that's a literal comment, so mom had to clean up the floor, but she didn't mind.

We'll see if I do it again..maybe try to get it IN the toilet!

..and of course mom took a pic, how humiliating!

Time Out?

Mom & Dad introduced this thing called TIME OUT (I felt as if I should put it in caps since they emphasize the words so much)

Whatever it is, it's so not fun AT ALL.

You see, I got 4 time outs today...ugg.

I do something, such as take all the registers out, take a run for it and get out of the front door, body slam Fran, eat Fran's food....you know, the usual toddler stuff! Then if I don't listen when they tell me to stop, then I have to sit in the corner for a whole minute and 30 seconds....which is FOR-EV-ER!

I better start listening I guess.

Seriously this time...

She's finally here! Aletta Taylor Osterman was born April 18, 2012!!

She's exactly 18 months younger than me (psssst it's my 18 month bday...not to take away from Aletta's thunder)

She was the perfect size, 7lb 14oz.  Oma got to hold her already...so not fair!

I will post a picture soon....mom didn't want to steal a pic from Aunty Mir without asking!

That makes 11 grandkids for Oma & Opa :)- and a bunch of granddogs (can't forget them!)

Happy Easter!

This past Sunday was Easter.  We went to church (well I went to hang out in the nursery) then went to Grandma & Grandpa's for Easter dinner...and look who was there!

Great Grandma & Grandpa came with gifts...for me! How awesome!

The Supervisor

Today I decided to supervise the going ons at 2022 14th Street.

I started by watching dad do work outside (you can see him in my shades, proof :))

His work was quite satisfactory

Next up, Fran and I took a stroll around the landscaping with Mom. She needs to water her hydrangeas and get some of the leaves out of her flowers...get on that ma'am!

I took a break from supervising to hang out with this guy, Jacob!

He's in my exersaucer- I thought we left this at the old house! It was fun playing with it. Jacob likes the same toys I did when I was his age.

Back to telling the 'rents what to do- we were deciding on what to bake for Easter:

"The cupcakes are still baking Mama!"

(Side note: The cupcakes mom and I made from scratch were not so good...so don't go looking for them anywhere....FAIL :( )

Life Lessons from a Toddler

 Here's the deal, some things in life just don't work out like they should.

For example, Billingsworth is a duck. The ducks at mom's work swim, however, as mom and I found out this evening, Billingsworth does not. I love the tub, so I thought Billingsworth would too. I was wrong.

Another example:

Ice cream. It melts. Fast.

On a happier note...some things in life are peachy.

For example:

Whats better than sharing a stroller ride with Miss Gia? Having BOTH her sisters push us!
